Use 3M Scotch-Weld Instant Adhesive Activator AC11 for slower curing, high viscosity grades and with porous substrates, where the adhesive must cure before being absorbed into the substrate. Our clear adhesive activator is a hydrocarbon solvent mixture and is formulated to increase the cure speed of Scotch-Weld cyanoacrylate adhesives.
