3M Fast Tack Water Based Adhesive 1000NF is a unique, water-based adhesive specially designed to deliver an effective combination of fast, heat resistant bonding, repositionability and high ultimate strength. Our adhesive is non-flammable, polychloroprene-free, which can contribute to lower insurance costs and increased workplace safety.<\/div>\n
3M Fast Tack Water Based Adhesive 1000NF has a faster bonding time than most one-part water based adhesives, achieving handling strength in approximately one minute or less to keep production processes moving. Along with its fast tack-time, the potential for one-surface application also increases productivity while using less product. The high solids loading provides higher surface coverage than typical solvent adhesive helping to improve working environments and improve productivity. By formulating an adhesive that is 48% solids, 3M Fast Tack Water Based Adhesive 1000NF provides up to three times more coverage than solvent based adhesives, reducing inventory and disposal costs, and requires less frequent product change out. The neutral formula provides even coverage and dries clear for desired aesthetic results. It adheres to many types of flexible foam, latex foams, fabric, polyester fiberfill, canvas, wood, plywood, particleboard and many plastic and metal surfaces. It bonds these surfaces to themselves and each other. This special adhesive is engineered for use in industries like furniture manufacturing, woodworking, foam bonding and specialty vehicle manufacturing.
